Due to our many years of experience as managing directors of various companies, we know the challenges of managers very well. On the one hand, to complete one’s tasks and responsibilities and, on the other hand, to lead or challenge the employees.

The biggest lever, namely to continuously work on one’s skills, develop oneself as a leader to then unleash the potential of one’s employees or team members and thus achieve significantly better results, often takes a back seat.

Hence, we have structured our executive coaching sessions flexibly, considering your own needs and those of your company holistically. Together with you, we determine where you currently stand and set concrete, measurable coaching goals.

What Is Coaching?

The ICF (International Coach Federation) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

We guide and support you using questioning techniques, skills and methods. In contrast to traditional counseling or therapy, coaching does not provide solutions or instructions. You are the expert of your own life.

We will challenge you through questioning techniques so that you will take other perspectives and perceive new options. In this way, you develop and implement your solution strategies to achieve your goals.

Coaching is help for self-help. We adapt to your individual needs, are attentive listeners, consistent inquirers, sincere provocateurs, neutral observers, and honest mirrors.

Before starting, we will have a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your goals and how to proceed.

We will clarify your questions and expectations and set the framework for our sessions.

Depending on the desired goal, we will agree on an individual package and determine the meeting rhythm – weekly, every two weeks, or monthly.

We also offer the possibility of conducting individual coaching sessions in critical professional phases over a more extended period or accompanying companies in transitional phases.

Each coaching session lasts about 60 minutes and currently takes place online via Zoom. You must be visible via webcam.
