Rapid Resolution Therapy®

Rapid Resolution Therapy® is suitable for resolving troubling or negative thoughts, emotions and behaviors.

With Rapid Resolution Therapy® significant, sustainable and lasting changes can be achieved. In doing so, RRT takes a radically different approach than other forms of therapy. RRT is entertaining, does not require painful analysis of the past, and uses humor.

From an RRT perspective, it is the responsibility of the facilitator, not the participant, to ensure that the session is successful and that the desired results are achieved. Hence, the success of the session is our responsibility, not yours.

What Is Rapid Resolution Therapy®?

Rapid Resolution Therapy® utilizes innovative concepts, multi-level communication, and specialized tools to resolve emotional disturbance and maladaptive behavior. RRT changes how the unconscious mind processes information so that improvements are natural, automatic, and lasting. RRT is painless, and it is typically completed within one to three sessions.

RRT is fast, painless, and complete. The process resolves troubling thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

Dr. Jon Connelly developed RRT. Thousands of mental health professionals have attended Rapid Resolution Therapy trainings with Dr. Connelly.

Next Steps

Before starting RRT, we will have a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your goals and how to proceed.

We will clarify your questions in this conversation and set the goal and framework for the joint session(s).

Each RRT session lasts between 90-120 minutes and currently takes place online via Zoom. You must be visible via webcam.

The RRT sessions are conducted exclusively by Andreas.
